The Recovery Program
Admission Criteria
Rapha
Ministries wishes to help all those potentially needing recovery
assistance however there are certain admission criteria that must be met.
Some of the factors taken in consideration
for admission into the Rapha program are the length of alcohol/drug abuse
and the severity of problems created by the abuse (legal, family,
financial, job, etc.) Family members are encouraged to participate in the
oral assessment.
Other
factors or criteria are:

Minimum of
18 years of age

Clients must
express a desire for program services as a result from problems they have
experienced from excessive substance abuse.

Must have a
psycho-social assessment conducted which meets DSM IV criteria and
supports psycho-social active substance abuse

Clients must
agree to follow recommendations of program staff

Client must
agree to abide by program policies and house rules
-
-
Clients must
be abstinent from all mood altering substances for the past 72 hours
-

Clients must
not be in need of medical services that are beyond the program capacity

Client must
be able to participate in all aspects of the Rapha program
